Company SCALDIS Ltd offers development of control programs for manufacturing various items (from bars, rods, tubes and plates) for different computer-controlled machines (grinding, milling, turning).

Development of control programs will be carried out for particular computer-controlled machine, and for a particular range of items.

At the moment we are developing such software for several enterprises of Tatarstan, mostly for companies producing components and tools for medicine. So for Alliance Ltd we’ve created a set of programs for manufacturing dental drills and milling cutters for grinding machines. For Medtech Ltd we’ve developed software for manufacturing various screws and rods for surgery from bar stock for CNC lathe, and for manufacturing various flat parts for surgery from plate blanks for CNC milling machines.
